It is a great pleasure for us to invite you to Japan to attend Bioceramics30, the 30th anniversary edition of the Symposium and Annual Meeting of the International Society for Ceramics in Medicine, which will be held in Nagoya from October 26‒29, 2018.
The scope of Bioceramics30 is to bring together researchers, clinicians, engineers and students from all over the world to discuss recent scientific developments and applications of ceramics in medicine. Intensive discussion among participants with different background will bring innovative ideas and strategic development for next generation bioceramics and their related technology. The conference will also provide active opportunities for students to promote their own development in the professional forum of an international meeting.
Nagoya is a cosmopolitan city of 2.2 million residents, located at the center of Honshu (the main island of Japan). Traditional industries like ceramics as well as key modern industries like automobiles have developed in Nagoya. Situated between Tokyo and Osaka, Nagoya has nurtured unique culture including delicious food. We look forward to welcoming participants from countries around the world.
